So this is how last night went down...
I offer to take my brother and his visiting friend to dinner. To a casual Greek place, but a place they can't normally go because you need a car to get there. Like many Hawaii restaurants, it's BYOB (cool, huh?). I grab a half bottle of wine from the fridge and Bryan stops at 7-11 for beer. My brother is in a bit of a grumpy mood but we enjoy the food and the drinks.
As I'm about to start in on the last glass of wine Bryan asks if I can drive home. No. Cannot. I drank the half bottle all by myself. He cannot either. Too much beer.
So we have to go bowling.
The mall where this restaurant is located has the most decrepid old bowling alley I have ever seen. The most decrepid old anything I've ever seen. The ceiling is about to cave in and the restroom looked like one you might find in a Moroccan train station.
First we went to Longs to buy socks. Mine were fuzzy and yellow. Then we bowl.
The pictures tell the story best.
#1 - The final glass of wine - with the meniscus super-geeky Bryan, Brian and Rob admired
#2 - The lanes
#3 - My shoe. See my fuzzy yellow sock poking through?
#4 - Bryan in tip-top bowling form
