On Friday his co-workers got him a lei and TWO cakes! And he even got free lunch from the Indonesian place. That night he and I went to dinner at a Japanese place near our house. We got the hot pot with lots of chicken "collagen".

On Sunday we hosted our first party in his honor. We had a BBQ on our roofdeck, complete with sausages and beer. All in all, a very successful event and everyone had fun. It felt so good to know people wanted to come to our party. I think we officially have friends!
