Quote from Bryan today: "We need to go to the beach. Because this is what makes it Hawaii. Going to work and back and cleaning the house all day... we could live in Milwaukee."
Proof that we don't live in Milwaukee, Bryan floating at Kahala Beach. A new beach for us and a favorite. It's super, super shallow and looks like it might have great snorkeling.
We did spend much of yesterday cleaning. We deserved it after letting the house get so awful and we have friends coming to visit soon so have to put up the appearance of always having a neat and orderly house!
Now, a special celebratory note to Laura who is celebrating her 30th in Japan right now! We'll celebrate together on Lanai (the island, not a porch) this weekend. But if you know her, send a little note and wish her a very happy birthday!
