Ewwwww!!!!

As you know, I've been paddling. Our practice starts in a canal called the Ala Wai. We then often paddle into the ocean or sometimes stay in the Ala Wai for drills. The Ala Wai is widely known to be fairly polluted. But I don't jump in or anything - just paddle through it. Until this week. Ick! A major sewer pipe broke and massive amounts of raw sewage are flowing directly into the Ala Wai. See attached link for details. Needless to say, practive has been cancelled this week.
