End results were great. Camera stayed dry, pictures are pretty good (if not really all that flattering), and swimming with a camera is loads of fun.

Testing the Water
Yesterday was a holiday and was absolutely beautiful so we headed to the beach. I took my camera out for a swim with my new waterproof case. We've had sort of sucky weather so this was the first good day for swimming and visibility.
End results were great. Camera stayed dry, pictures are pretty good (if not really all that flattering), and swimming with a camera is loads of fun.

Pretty great that you were able to get a shot of the goggled-eyed grin fish! I understand they are very rare, difficult to photogragh, and are fast swimmers.
OK, those of us who are still looking at snow may get a little envious. I will live a little through you, although the white stuff can be pretty as well!
