It's a Two-Way Street Guys...

I got to thinking today (as I sit here goofing off at work) that I spend a lot of time posting things to this blog pretty much for your amusement. But rarely do I get much back in return. Aside from my mom, almost NONE of you comment. Which is cool most of the time.

However, today I'm asking for something in return. Bryan and I need Halloween costume ideas. And we're taking suggestions. I actually have something in mind for myself but it's rather conceptual and I'm starting to re-think it. So please post a comment (you can do it anonymously if you prefer) and let us know what we should be for Halloween.

Touche. I don't claim this to be my own idea, but some friends of ours went as a Catholic priest and a choir boy last year for Halloween (jenni would be the choir boy, bryan the priest). It was incredibly politically incorrect, so if you're adverse to ridicule and dirty looks, don't undertake this costume. Some found it funny though...

Gee whiz, what a task master. You and Bryan should go as an 80's TV characters, like Punky Brewster and Henry (the old guy). Or, Bryan could go as Steven Tyler from AreoSmith and Jenni could go as his microphone stand (wear black and lots of scrafs).

Now you have me thinking. One of you cold go as a dog and the other as a fire hydrant. Or, if you want to get really politically incorrect and I mean really really really wrong...Bryan could go as John Mark Karr and Jenni and as JonBenet Ramsey.

You guys crack me up! Thanks! I think it's great that everyone assumed we'd go as a costume couple. Bryan declared that only married people can do that. So we're going with separate costumes. Bryan will be Magnum P.I. I'm still all over the place but am leaning towards something that includes striped tights or wings. But when we're married.... I'm insisting on The Princess and the Pea. I'm the princess, he's the pea.

Jenni - last line of your comment - is this an announcement - and I'm not talking about the Princess and the Pea!!!!!!!!!

No, not an announcement. Although it seems to be the topic of conversation for everyone but Bryan and I. Mom, I think I'll call you before I announce that on the blog.
