I just read this very inspiring article. My favorite part was the few paragraphs about "flow" - an activity that allows you to forget about time and stop worrying. In the past few years I've really learned to appreciate Flow. I've specifically found it in swimming, paddling, ceramics, and rock climbing. Activities that keep me active and focused.
Over the past few months I think I've experienced less Flow. I'm going to use this article as a reminder to give myself the time and space to flow.
