Fabulous Floatilla Fun

By now you are all very familiar with the Floatilla concept. It's held on the fourth and it involves floating and fun. This year was the best so far! My brother was able to join us which was great. And once in the ocean we bumped into many friends we know. Something about actually floating into friends in the ocean makes you feel like you really have a place here.

The rest of the weekend was fantastic and also overwhelmingly busy. Where does the time go?! We were honored to be invited to a friend's wedding BBQ celebration. And we did some of our own wedding research which had me giddy for days. We found our dream wedding location. We just need to see if we can make it work. Funny how dream doesn't always work in reality, huh? But even if it doesn't work for us, finding the dream was still amazing.

Bryan is living the jetset life and will take off tomorrow for 10 days of fun at his family's lake house in Idaho. I will be very jealous of his carefree time and his lake frolicking but I'll do my best to have fun and maybe get in a little beach frolicking myself.
